Cambodia Pledges Stronger Regional Cooperation on Public Administration
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet pledged stronger regional cooperation at the ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Public Administration in Siem Reap. He emphasized collaboration with ASEAN member states and the ASEAN+3 partners (China, Japan, South Korea) to address three transformative waves affecting the public sector: rising citizen expectations, digital transformation and AI, and competition for human resources. Cambodia will also assume the chairmanship of the ASEAN Public Administration Training Institute Network (PSTI) for 2027-2028.
