2026年8月10日と11日の2日間は、全国で高校卒業資格試験の受験日であることから、8月9日の今朝からバッタンバン中心部のダンバン・クランホンおじいちゃん像前では、様々な地区から学生たちが試験の準備のために宿泊施設に集まっているのが観察された。 一方、8月9日午前中、受験生たちはダンバン・クランフンおじいちゃんの像の前に果物、花、線香、ろうそくなどを詰めた袋を持ってやって来て、試験の成功と合格を祈ってダンバン・クランフンおじいちゃんの像に手渡した。
