Phnom Penh Authorities Conduct Large-Scale Social Welfare Intervention for Homeless Individuals
The Cham Chao 3 Sangkat administration in Phnom Penh's Pou Senchey district, in cooperation with the municipal Department of Social Affairs, has conducted an operation to gather and shelter homeless individuals. The action targets those living under bridges and on vacant lots, aiming to improve urban order and aesthetics. Ten individuals were taken into care.
