P7 Billion Flood Control Projects in Duterte District Awarded to Single Contractor

Paolo “Pulong” Duterte were awarded to a single contractor. “The figure we are looking at was a bit low: It was P1.9 billion,” Matibag said during a press conference, referring to the initial findings of the NBI. He added that the total amount awarded to the single contractor has reached P7 billion.
