In Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Pursat, Kampong Chhnang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Tboung Khmum, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Takeo, Kandal, and Phnom Penh capital, there is a 20% chance of rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms covering the area. In the highlands, temperatures are expected to range from a minimum of 24°C to a maximum of 35°C. Winds from the southwest and west will blow at an average speed of 4 meters per second. In Kampong Speu, Pailin, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kratié, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, the Dangrek Mountains, and the Cardamom Mountains, there is a 40% chance of rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms covering the area. In coastal areas, temperatures are expected to range from a minimum of 25°C to a maximum of 35°C. Winds from the southwest and southeast will blow at an average speed of 3 meters per second. In Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, Kep, and the Bokor Mountain area, there is a 40% chance of rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms covering the area. Sea waves are expected to range from an average height of 0.50 meters to a maximum of 1.75 meters.
