Ho Chi Minh City approves study for $400M infrastructure upgrade at Hang Xanh intersection

Ho Chi Minh City has approved a study for a major infrastructure upgrade from Hang Xanh intersection to Binh Trieu Bridge to combat chronic traffic congestion. The project, estimated at over 10.2 trillion VND, will be implemented under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
