Online Scam Operations Raided in Phnom Penh, Tens of Thousands of Foreign SIM Cards Seized
The Chamkarmon District Administration in Phnom Penh has raided two suspected online scam operations, seizing tens of thousands of foreign SIM cards and arresting seven individuals, including three Cambodians and four Chinese nationals.
