Preah Vihear Information Department Chief Visits New Mother Staff
Preah Vihear Provincial Information Department Director Hem Sokunpisey visited contract official Ra Vannak, who recently gave birth, offering congratulations, baby supplies, and cash. The visit highlights support for civil servants and their families.
Preah Vihear, Cambodia -- On Friday, July 17, 2026, Ms. Hem Sokunpisey, Director of the Provincial Information Department of Preah Vihear, led civil servants and contract officials from the department on a visit to Ms. Ra Vannak, a contract official within the department who recently gave birth and is recovering at her home in Preah Vihear City, Preah Vihear Province. Ms. Hem Sokunpisey extended her deepest congratulations on the new addition to Ms. Ra Vannak's family. She inquired about their well-being with affection and wished both mother and infant abundant health, strong vitality, and safe growth. On this occasion, the Director presented Ms. Ra Vannak with essential baby supplies and a sum of money to help alleviate some of the family's living expenses.
