Cambodia Pushes Public Service Reform: Transformation for Citizens and Future

The Ministry of Public Service has emphasized that the reform of public administration is the core for building a highly capable, strong, intelligent, and clean administration. Under the 7th legislature, with the wise leadership and far-sighted vision of Prime Minister Samdech Hun Manet, three key reform measures are being rigorously implemented to ensure genuine benefits for the citizens. Despite facing all complexities and challenges, the spirit of reform is constantly being strengthened under the approach of "effectiveness of the single actor system," with capability, sharp determination, and high responsibility within Cambodia's context. These three key measures are considered the compass and strategy towards achieving a modern public service system, aimed at serving and preserving the smiles of the citizens, both in the present and for the future.
