
Vietnam Military Salary Adjustment: Base Pay Rises to 2.53 Million VND from July
The Vietnamese government has announced a base salary increase to 2.53 million VND per month for civil servants and armed forces, effective July 1, under Decree 161/2026/NĐ-CP. Military salary scales will be adjusted accordingly using the established coefficient formula.
