Jigs Servillon, chairman of Brgy. Buting, stated that the bullet hit a vital organ, exited through his back, and another slug was found in his foot. He passed away less than an hour later. Servillon explained that both groups had been drinking, and the altercation began over a perceived hostile stare, escalating into a fight.
