Cambodian 4th Military Region Donates Funds to Siem Reap Red Cross Branch
The 4th Military Region of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces donated 12 million Riel and 500 USD to the Siem Reap Red Cross branch to commemorate the 163rd World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day.
