Supreme Court Establishes Precedent for Compensation of Property on State-Acquired Land

In an administrative lawsuit filed by a homeowner without land rights seeking compensation for property during land acquisition, Vietnam's Supreme People's Court has established a precedent: even without land ownership, legitimate property on the land must be compensated. This strengthens the protection of citizens' property rights.
