BARMM Polls: Voters can now check precinct online
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has activated an online precinct finder for the upcoming Bangsamoro parliamentary elections, allowing voters to easily check their designated polling stations by providing their full name, birthday, and place of registration.
MANILA, Philippines – You can now check your precinct online for the Bangsamoro parliamentary elections as the Commission on Elections recently activated its precinct finder. To check which precinct you should go to on September 14, scan the QR code below or visit precinctfinder.comelec.gov.ph. Voters must provide the following information: full name, birthday, and place of registration. Information should be exactly as indicated in your registration. If unsure of some of the details of your voter information (such as place of registration), the Comelec provided the following options: Call the Information Technology Department via 8526-7769 Directly coordinate with the Office of the Election Officer in the district/city/municipality where you are registered. This can be done via their Facebook page, telephone number, or email. The Comelec emphasized that due to the data privacy law, only voters can check their own registration records or status and cannot check other voters’ information. – Rappler.com
