Two focus areas of Jasa Marga in this mentoring program are Integrated Service Monitoring and Incident & Crisis Response Management. The activity, which carries the theme "Command Center Management: Turning Information into Decisions, Decisions into Actions, and Actions into Public Trust" was held at the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center (JMTC), Jatiasih, Bekasi, on Wednesday (15/7). The four SOEs that became mentees in this program are PT PLN (Persero), PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), and PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia. In addition, this activity was also attended online by representatives from 22 SOEs in the public service sector. Attending the event were DAM management, Managing Director of Human Capital Agus Dwi Handaya and SD Chief Marketing Officer Dendi T. Danianto. Also present from Jasa Marga, President Director Rivan A. Purwantono along with the complete Board of Directors, Group Head and Subsidiary Directors and Jasa Marga Roadster who attended both offline and online. In his remarks, Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono said that around 3.5 million vehicles that cross the Jasa Marga Group toll road every day reflect the public's trust as well as opening up opportunities for the company to continue to create sustainable value (value creation). This trust is the foundation for Jasa Marga in providing an increasingly better travel experience for road users. According to Rivan, the experience of serving customers is built through the company's ability to respond appropriately to the dynamics of toll road traffic. When there is congestion, traffic arrangements supported by real-time information are needed so that services can be provided according to the needs of road users. "Jasa Marga continues to develop a smart toll road ecosystem by encouraging the paradigm from infrastructure to infraculture that provides value and experience for the community," said Rivan. The Jasa Marga Tollroad Command Center not only serves as a source of traffic data and customer voice, but also supports the data processing and analysis process through an integrated control system. "We hope that this collaboration between SOEs can be a space for sharing insights and best practices to strengthen the quality of public services," added Rivan. In the management of toll roads, delays of a few minutes can pose risks, while the right decision can immediately restore the smoothness, safety, and public trust as part of corporate accountability. "The utilization of technology through a reliable dashboard helps clarify priorities and accelerate decision-making processes. I hope this activity can produce a more robust control framework, so that the collaboration of SOEs that are formed does not stop at the sharing session, but also encourages the improvement of joint capabilities," said Agus Dwi Handaya. Senior Director Chief Marketing Officer of PT Danantara Asset Management Dendi T. Danianto explained that Jasa Marga was chosen as a mentor for SOEs in the Marketing CoE program because it has public service characteristics that other SOEs do not have. With the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center (JMTC) and the Center 133 service serving around 3.5 million vehicles every day, Jasa Marga is building response speed as a tangible implementation of customer-oriented services. "However, this orientation is not only aimed at customers, but also needs to start from within the company by placing employees as an important part of the service ecosystem. Therefore, the strengthening of employee experience needs to be built through employee involvement to share inspiration, learning, and best practices. For this reason, the Marketing Center of Excellence program is a space for learning, adapting, and implementing best practices. The program continued with a Learning Experience session delivered by Jasa Marga Service Director Yaya Ruhiya and Jasa Marga Operations Director Fitri Wiyanti, as well as a site visit that showed the JMTC business process. As a state-owned enterprise that manages toll road infrastructure, Jasa Marga is committed to continue sharing knowledge and strengthening synergy among state-owned enterprises.
