It is known that Win Aung (U) was selected for the Myanmar national team that competed in the 17th Southeast Asian Games in 1993 and helped the Myanmar team win a silver medal. Furthermore, Win Aung (U) also participated in the Myanmar national team for the 1994 Asian Games held in Hiroshima, Japan, and scored a header goal in the match that ended in a 2-2 draw against Qatar.
