Chea Rotha, former deputy police chief of Phnom Penh, and four accomplices have been arrested in Banteay Meanchey province for alleged involvement in the illegal smuggling of goods from Thailand into Cambodia. She is currently detained at Banteay Meanchey Provincial Prison.
