Vietnam, China Boost Theoretical and Party-Building Exchanges

Nguyen Xuan Thang, Chairman of the Central Theory Council of the Communist Party of Vietnam and member of the Political Bureau of the 13th Party Central Committee, met with Li Shulei, member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Secretariat, and Head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee. The two sides agreed to further strengthen cooperation and experience sharing in theoretical research, practical reviews, and Party building. The meeting took place during Thang's working visit to China. Both officials affirmed their commitment to enhancing the exchange of experiences in Party building. As socialist countries with a one-party system, Vietnam and China place significant importance on ideological and governance exchanges to maintain Party leadership and social stability. Strengthening Party organization and theoretical armament are considered crucial for addressing socio-economic challenges and maintaining influence in the international arena.
