Dong Thap Province Recovers 71 Sets of Martyred Remains from Durian Orchard

Unit K91 of Dong Thap Province (under the Political Department, Provincial Military Command) announced that it has searched for and collected the remains of 71 fallen soldiers in the vicinity of the Binh Hoa A cemetery in Ngu Hiep commune, Dong Thap province. This area is currently owned and cultivated as a durian orchard by a local resident. Unit K91, with the cooperation of local residents, has been engaged in the collection of martyrs' remains for many years. This discovery brings solace to the families of many victims of the Vietnam War and is significant as part of the nation's efforts to commemorate and honor the merits of fallen soldiers. Dong Thap province has previously conducted similar remains collection activities, continuing efforts to ensure the memories of the war are not forgotten.
