Laos, Thailand Advance Luang Prabang Bridge Project Towards Construction
Laos and Thailand have advanced the planned 820-meter bridge in Luang Prabang Province to its next construction phase. Environmental and social impact assessments and detailed designs are complete, with construction slated to begin in 2027. Thailand has approved financing, and Laos is preparing to sign the loan agreement.
