Vietnam: Bribery for Customs Clearance in Counterfeit Food Case
A trial in Vietnam for the production of counterfeit health supplements has revealed that former officials accepted substantial bribes. It is alleged that 1.5 billion VND was paid to expedite customs clearance for raw materials valued at approximately 20 billion VND.
