Protesters Visit Jokowi's Residence Over Early Election Remarks
A group of Indonesian citizens protested at President Joko Widodo's residence in Solo, Central Java, over remarks by the head of a pro-Jokowi volunteer group suggesting the possibility of an early general election. The protesters attempted to deliver a letter and a plaque to the president but were unable to meet him directly and later dispersed.
