BuCor Allows Families of Abducted UP Students to Meet Jovito Palparan
The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) has permitted families of abducted University of the Philippines students to meet with former Army General Jovito Palparan, who was convicted in their 2006 kidnapping. The decision followed a request from the victims' families.
