Heavy rains on Monday evening, Aug. 17, submerged parts of a road and nearby rice fields in Sitio Cawacat, Barangay Nasucob, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro. The road remains passable to light vehicles, but motorists are advised to exercise caution.
