Kampot Provincial Officials Urged to Streamline Agricultural, Forestry, and Fisheries Administrative Services

This directive was given during a technical support meeting at the province's One-Stop Service (OSS) agency, aiming to streamline procedures and resolve challenges in business operations.
Kampot Deputy Governor, Mr. Nguon Rasy, has urged the administrative service delivery team in the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors to foster strong internal unity. This call was made during a technical support and review meeting on administrative service delivery in these sectors, held at the One-Stop Service (OSS) agency of the Kampot Provincial Administration on the morning of July 22, 2026. Mr. Nguon Rasy highlighted that the meeting served to illuminate the procedures and processes for providing services to animal business operators and other related businesses, along with the benefits gained and the challenges encountered. He also spoke of the search for a mutually acceptable mechanism to address these issues. The deputy governor expressed his great pleasure at witnessing the collaborative efforts of all relevant teams in sharing opinions, discussing challenges, and integrating legal documents, which he believes will lead to a more cohesive and understanding meeting, facilitating continued cooperation for effective solutions. Mr. Va Pisey, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, stated that the meeting clearly demonstrated the diligent efforts of all teams, particularly the One-Stop Service agency, in expediting procedures, fostering cooperation, and resolving issues in a timely manner. He added that to ensure the smooth progress of this work, it is essential for everyone to maintain good internal unity and agreement to mitigate certain emerging problems. Mr. Pisey extended his gratitude to Mr. Nguon Rasy for his coordination, which contributed to the meeting yielding positive and fruitful results in achieving its objectives and ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties. He also encouraged all relevant technical representatives to continue performing their duties with even greater diligence.
