VinFast Vietnam Doubles Capital, Foreign Ownership Decreases

VinFast Vietnam has nearly doubled its charter capital to VND 10.183 trillion (approximately $400 million) through the issuance of 500 million preferred shares. This move has reduced foreign ownership from 10.4% to 5.3%, increasing the stake held by domestic private shareholders.
