Vietnam Busts Shell Companies Trafficking Bank Accounts to Cambodia

Vietnamese police have arrested and indicted five individuals, including a 22-year-old man, for allegedly establishing shell companies to traffic illicitly obtained bank accounts to Cambodia. These accounts are believed to have been used for online fraud and money laundering.
