Ridon: AMLC confidentiality not absolute
Jose Rizal Ridon, former AMLC executive director, stated that the confidentiality of the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) is not absolute. He indicated that under certain circumstances, information disclosure may be required by law.
