He instructed all levels of authorities to prioritize the needs of the affected families, providing them with food, supplies, and financial assistance to alleviate their living conditions. Furthermore, the Governor advised relevant officials and local authorities to closely monitor all activities caused by natural disasters to ensure effective disaster management and timely response. He urged all citizens to remain vigilant at all times against natural disasters, including heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, or bank collapses. Citizens were advised to identify safe locations, protect themselves from harm to their bodies and lives, and pay attention to their health. The aid provided by Samdech Prime Minister and Madam Net Savoeun to the 23 families included 25 kg of rice, one box of instant noodles, one bunch of canned fish, one bunch of fish sauce, one bunch of soy sauce, one case of bottled water, one tent, one kit (mosquito net, blanket, krama, sarong), and 400,000 Riel in cash per family.
