Chong Bu, Director of the Department of Industrial Technology and Safety, explained the Law on Industrial Management, operational standards, daily maintenance, and the procedure for applying for safety certificates, stating that inspection results are a crucial basis for obtaining safety certificates. He Jingwei, a consultant at the center, presented the mission and process of inspecting high-risk equipment, covering assessment, manufacturing permits, follow-up inspections, installation, modification, repair, and periodic inspections. He also showcased the center's specialized training services and practical training locations.
