A flood-prone area around Boeung Prek Market in Phnom Penh's Chbar Ampov district, which suffered annual inundation for 15 years, has been transformed by the construction of concrete roads and drainage systems, improving residents' lives and economic activities. Further road construction is planned for 2026.
