MANILA, Philippines — A House lawmaker from Tarlac and two of the three co-accused of a former Sultan Kudarat representative on Wednesday pleaded not guilty in their graft and malversation cases, respectively, filed in the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division. First to undergo arraignment was Tarlac 3rd District Rep. Noel Rivera, who pleaded not guilty to one of the charges against him.
