
Vietnam Raises Revenue Threshold for Tax Exemption to 1 Billion VND for Small Businesses
The Vietnamese government has issued Decree 141, raising the annual revenue threshold for tax exemptions on personal income and value-added tax for household businesses and micro-enterprises from 500 million VND to 1 billion VND, effective retroactively from January 1, 2026.
