Cambodia Thanks ICRC for Securing Freedom of 18 Soldiers Detained by Thailand
A senior Cambodian defense official expressed deep gratitude to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for its role in securing the release of 18 Cambodian soldiers illegally detained by Thai forces. Both sides affirmed peaceful resolution of border issues based on international law and adherence to International Humanitarian Law.
