Khanh Hoa Province to Auction Land Lots for Tourism and Coastal Village Projects

Khanh Hoa Province in south-central Vietnam has announced plans to auction land in 2026 for tourism resorts, urban development, and coastal village projects. This initiative aims to effectively utilize land resources, increase state revenue, and supplement public investment. The plan includes land lots in three key locations: Nha Trang, Dai Lanh, and Ninh Chu. Notably, the Ho Na Resort and Residential Area in Dai Lanh, spanning over 144 hectares, is a major project transitioning from 2025. The Nha Trang Coastal Village project covers approximately 3 hectares, and the new urban development project in Ninh Chu is 2.2 hectares. Additionally, the auction list features land for a commercial center in the old Phan Rang-Thap Cham city center (1.1 hectares) and a plot adjacent to the former Ninh Thuan Provincial Guest House (1.6 hectares) in Ninh Chu. Khanh Hoa is renowned as one of Vietnam's premier resort tourism destinations, with its real estate market experiencing strong development for many years. Major developers such as Vingroup, Sun Group, Ecopark, Hòa Phát, and Sovico are actively involved in projects within the region. As of mid-July, Khanh Hoa's total revenue exceeded VND 26.8 trillion, reaching 63% of its annual target. Revenue from land sales constituted a significant portion, amounting to VND 14.883 trillion, or 55% of the province's total revenue.
