Naval Unit Supports School Construction in Border Areas
Fifty personnel from Vietnam's Naval Region 3 will participate in the construction of schools in the border communes of La Deê and La Êê, Da Nang City. The project, expected to be completed by August 30, 2026, aims to improve educational conditions and strengthen solidarity between the military and local communities.
