Vietnam Plans 3 Dams on Red, Duong, and Da Rivers for Water Management and Climate Adaptation
Vietnam's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has agreed in principle to research and propose the construction of three dams on the Red, Duong, and Da rivers. The project aims to regulate water resources during the dry season, ensure water security, improve the environment, develop waterways, and adapt to climate change.
