Ho Chi Minh City to Short-Term Lease Public Land in Old Binh Duong Area
Ho Chi Minh City has decided to short-term lease 10 plots of public land totaling over 61 hectares in the old Binh Duong area while long-term usage plans are developed. Differentiated rental rates will apply for commercial/service land and agricultural land.
