Online Scam Hub Raided in Phnom Penh, 25 Foreigners Detained

An online scam operation suspected of defrauding victims has been busted in Phnom Penh, leading to the arrest of 25 foreigners from Myanmar, China, and Taiwan. Numerous computer devices believed to be used in the scams were seized.
