Cambodia Requests Thai Verification of Suspected Border Gunfire Incident
Cambodia's Ministry of National Defence has requested Thailand to verify reports of eight gunshots heard on the night of May 24 near the Preah Vihear province border, suspected to have originated from the Thai side. The ministry denied allegations of Cambodian soldiers firing rounds.
