A 14-year-old boy who fell into a drain during flooding in Tamwe Township, Myanmar, has not been found as of 12 AM on September 7, and searches will continue today in the Pazundaung Creek, according to family members. It was learned from surrounding sources that the boy was playing in a drain near the Tamwe Municipal Staff Housing Complex with two friends when heavy rains caused flooding in Tamwe Township on the evening of September 7, and he was swept away by the current. The missing boy is 14 years old and resides within the Municipal Staff Housing Complex on 154th Street, Tamwe Township. Family members stated that he had not been found as of 12 AM on September 7. "We still haven't found him. The search teams are all helping to look. We still haven't found him. They said they will search in the Pazundaung Creek in the morning," a family member of the missing boy said on the night of September 7. The Tamwe Municipal Housing Complex is located on 154th Street, and after the incident, firefighters, volunteer groups, and relevant authorities conducted search and rescue operations in the drains near the location.
