Vietnam has been recognized as the fastest-growing digital economy in the ASEAN region at the 2026 Digital Summit Hanoi. The digital economy contributes 18.3% to GDP and is on track to become ASEAN's second largest by 2030, with balanced development across infrastructure, innovation, data governance, cybersecurity, and human capital.
