Monsoon Rains to Affect Parts of Luzon, Western Visayas on Wednesday

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) forecasts that southwest monsoon rains will affect parts of Luzon and Western Visayas on Wednesday. Thunderstorms and localized flooding are possible in some areas.
