Senior Minister Men Sam An (Royal Advisor and President of the National Committee for the Development of Cambodia) visited Secretary of State Va Po Ean of the Ministry of National Defense on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Preah Ketumala Hospital, where he is receiving treatment for hypertension. Senior Minister Men Sam An conveyed the warm regards and concern of Prime Minister Hun Sen, President of the Senate, and his wife Bun Rany Hun Sen, as well as Prime Minister Hun Manet and his wife Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, to Secretary of State Va Po Ean and his family.
