CPP Holds Meeting to Review Party Activities in Kratie Province

Net Pheaktra, a member of the Central Committee of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and head of the party's working group for Kratie Province, led a meeting to review the party's work results for the first quarter of 2026 and set future work directions. The meeting, held on July 26, 2026, at the provincial party headquarters, was attended by many CPP leaders and members working at the grassroots level. During the meeting, Mr. Net Pheaktra highly commended the efforts and sense of responsibility of the provincial party committee and all levels of working groups who actively cooperated in implementing their political duties, achieving remarkable results, and contributing to the improvement of people's livelihoods and local development. He also instructed them to continue strengthening party building and expanding membership, reinforcing internal solidarity, regularly engaging with the grassroots, addressing the requests and concerns of the people, and promoting support for the implementation of government policies and development programs at the local level. Concurrently, Mr. Net Pheaktra highlighted the importance of strengthening the dissemination of true information with transparency and responsibility. He urged the party's working groups and relevant authorities to continue disseminating information from clear, accurate, and timely sources so that the public can receive truthful information and understand the government's activities and local development. He also reminded them to pay more attention to sharing information on social media, encouraging them to verify information sources before disseminating or sharing them further to prevent fake news that could cause misunderstandings and affect social order. Finally, he urged the party's working groups to further promote internal solidarity, maintain discipline and ethics, and fulfill their role as models in serving the people by adhering to the principle of "going down to the grassroots, knowing the people's joys and sorrows, solving the people's problems, and being responsible for the work results."
