Drug-Positive Youths Ram Checkpoint, Injure Traffic Police Officer
In Phu Tho Province, Vietnam, two young men, aged 25 and 26, tested positive for drugs after being stopped at a checkpoint for riding a motorcycle without helmets. They allegedly accelerated into a traffic police officer when ordered to stop, causing injury. Both have been arrested and are under investigation for drug use and drunk driving.
