It has been learned from the Police Force that police members conducted joint cleaning activities in celebration of the 62nd anniversary of the Myanmar Police Force. It has been learned that joint cleaning activities were carried out at three locations: the Lawka Chantha Sulamani Pagoda in Taunggyi city, the Aung Myay Bon San Monastery in Sein Pan ward, and the Aye Thar Yar Hospital, starting from 7 AM on September 19. "Today, in celebration of the 62nd anniversary of the Myanmar Police Force, we have carried out cleaning activities by dividing personnel, with 200 people per location, at the Aye Thar Yar Hospital compound, the Shwelele Monastery, and the Sulamani Pagoda. We have conducted cleaning activities twice in five locations. We also carried out blood donation with over 100 people. In Namhsan and Loilin within Shan State, we are also carrying out activities on a daily basis. We are slowly moving towards achieving the objectives set by our leaders: a well-trained police force, an incorruptible police force, and a police force loved by the people. We want the public to know this," said Deputy Police Major General Tin Aung Lin, Chief Officer of the Shan State Police Force. It has been learned that trees and undergrowth along the corridors of the Sulamani Lawka Chantha Pagoda in Taunggyi city were cleared, and the tiles on the platform were cleaned. On the morning of September 12, 2026, a joint blood donation ceremony was held at the Taunggyi Women's and Children's Hospital by police members, attended by the Chief Minister of the Shan State government, members of the government, and ministers for ethnic affairs.
