Drone Escape from Prison Impossible, Says BuCor Chief
Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gregorio Catapang Jr. asserted that escape through drones by persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) is impossible. He stated that prison facilities are "no-fly zones" and equipped with 24/7 watchtowers and CCTV to detect drones. The Justice Undersecretary also expressed confidence in BuCor's preparedness.
