The lower secondary diploma examination for Grade 9 students began on Monday morning, July 6, 2026, in Preah Vihear Province. Mr. Ee Tharin, Governor of Prey Nob District, presided over the opening ceremony of the examination at Hun Sen Weil Reak High School in Prey Nob District, Preah Sihanouk Province. During the opening of the Grade 9 diploma examination, Governor Ee Tharin met with the candidates, encouraging them to participate in the examination with a calm, transparent, and well-ordered atmosphere for the examination center. Governor Ee Tharin emphasized that as elders, they wish the candidates success and urge them to strive to their fullest potential, maintain confidence and courage in the examination, and achieve good results for their guardians, teachers, and school.
