Vietnam to Fine Dog Owners Up to $77 for Unmuzzled Pets

Vietnam will implement a new government decree on August 1, imposing fines of up to VND2 million (approximately $77) on dog owners who allow their pets to roam freely in public without supervision. Penalties for rabies prevention and disease control measures are also being tightened.
